You can definitely find a 'wanna-be' photographer who will charge you in exposure or pocket change, but you’ll spend twice as much hiring me to fix their 'creative' mistakes later. I’ve priced my services to be the smartest move you’ll make today—high-end enough to elevate your brand, but grounded enough to keep your accountant happy. You aren't just paying for a shutter click; you're paying for the peace of mind that comes with knowing it’ll be done right the first time.

If you use a credit card, we will charge an additional 3% fee and any applicable taxes to help offset processing costs. This is not more than we pay in fees.

General shots, headshots, quick photos, or anything that can be done within 30 minutes…

Covers up to 1 hour of shooting. (+$15/hr after that).

"Medium Shot" | $100

Whether it’s the family gathered together or a solo shot in nature, I’m here to capture the vibe, not just the faces. Stop settling for 'fine' and start looking iconic.

Family photos, beach photos, nature, smaller events, rallies, etc.

Covers up to 2 hours of shooting. (+$15/hr after that).

"Wide Shot" | $250

From 'I do' to the final whistle, I’m there for the whole story. I don’t charge by the minute for your biggest milestones because some things are too important to rush. Professional coverage for the moments that actually matter.

Events or special causes/life moments, such as graduations, celebration of life, weddings, sports, etc.

Add on:

• Add an edited highlight video for an extra $125!

• Add an edited event video for an extra $225!

• "Full Day": Add an additional 7 hours for an extra $100!

Covers up to 5 hours of shooting. (+$15/hr after that).

Waiting fees will apply (if no activity for more than 1 hour; see terms): $10 per hour

The client will receive all photos taken. Some photos maybe omitted due to errors.

"The Cut" | $200

High-quality filming and basic assembly. For when you just need the footage to look pro.

Props or specialty equipment at cost + $5 handling fee (if needed).

Add Edited Video

Highlight Reel (2-4 minute edited video with music, basic editing, text overlays) + $150

Full Edited Video (up to 10-15 minutes, more storytelling/sequencing) + $250

The Single Flex | $100

One high-impact custom design (Any size). No clones, no clip-art.

The "Make Me Legit" | $500

A foundational branding kit (Logo, colors, fonts). Perfect for when you're tired of explaining why your brand looks "different" on every platform.

Audio pricing

The Podcast Polish | $75 per episode

(Up to 30 minutes; $10/30 minutes extra). I’ll cut the "uhms," fix the "pops," and make sure you sound like you’re in a studio, even if you were in a closet.

The "Social Snippet" Pack | $150

I’ll take your best audio moments and turn them into 3-5 polished, shareable clips.

The Emergency Fix | $50 per 30 minutes

You recorded something great, but the background noise is a nightmare? Send it to me. If I can't save it, I won't charge you.

Voice Actor | $100 per 10 minutes

What? You want ME to voice act? Sure... I provide the voice, you provide the script—and together we’ll make sure nobody hits mute.

The Quick Pulse Check | $75

A 30-minute 1-on-1. Show me your ideas, I’ll tell you how to execute them without wasting $1,000 on gear you don't need.

"Launch Strategy" | $200

A full hour + a written "Roadmap" document. We plan your shoot, your look, and your workflow so you can hit the ground running.

Discounts

I don’t own a car, but I do own a very specific set of skills. Let's trade. Save me the Uber wait and I’ll save you the cash. It’s a win-win: you get a discount, and I get a ride with someone who has great taste in photographers.

If you provide my transportation to and from the location, I’ll knock $30 OFF your total. Applicable only to sessions of $100 or more.

Photos: $2 per 10 images.

All shipments include a tracking number and insurance.

We will charge an 8% sales tax on physical items and shipping. Digital items will not be charged sales tax.

Terms

Fees are subject to be paid before the photoshoot or before final product is given out (when needed, such as ticket fee etc.)

Please note that session fees cover the photographer's time and talent, both during the session and in the post-processing editing phase.

Your session fee will be locked in at the time of booking.

Any additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before they are incurred.

Final product price must be paid before product are sent out. A preview of them will be sent before payment.

Photography/Videography Waiting fee does not include weather, natural circumstances, traffic, etc.

A prorated refund may be offered for any leftover amount of time, if acceptable

No taxes will be charged for services or fees.

Standard turnaround time is 7 days. Express can take 2-5 days.

Individuals over 85 years and older who are entitled to a 1% state sales tax can ask for it and show ID. 

Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control (such as severe weather, natural disaster, serious illness, government restrictions, or other emergencies), the $50 non-refundable deposit and cancellation fees will be fully refunded, not applied, or applied to a rescheduled session at no extra fee. Standard cancellation fees still apply for client-initiated changes that are within the client's control.
